The Experiment

Our team of experts carried out a comprehensive laser light experiment to determine which types of face masks offer the highest level of protection. This experiment involved shining laser lights through different face mask materials to visualize how they capture particles.

KN95 Masks

KN95 masks, similar to N95 respirator masks, have a high filtration capacity and are capable of capturing a significant amount of particles. These masks are often designed for a snug fit, providing enhanced protection against airborne contaminants.

Disposable Masks

Disposable masks, though designed for single-use, can also offer moderate protection against particles. However, their efficiency may vary depending on the specific mask construction and material used.
